How long will delivery take?
Delivery time is as follows (business days):

Sweden: 1-2 days.
European Union: 4-8 days.
Outside the European Union: 7-14 days.

Where do you deliver?
Pouch Pals offers worldwide shipping.

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders with €50 EUR or more. Should your order be less than €50 EUR we will charge a €5 EUR shipping fee.

Will I be able to track my shipment?
Currently, we do not offer tracked shipments.

I would like to change my order, can I do that?
We strive to ship your order the same day but send an email to customercare@pouch-pals.com and we’ll see what we can do.

I've placed an order but I didn't receive an email confirmation, what's wrong?
Please check the spam folder in your mail, it may have ended up there.

Do I have to pay customs fees?
If you’re living in a EU-country you don’t have to pay import or customs fees. The EU is a free trade unionen meaning that no duties are collected among the member countries. For customers living in a non-EU country: Yes, you may be charged import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the particular country. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance would have to be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, it is recommended that you investigate the relevant local laws in your country.

We accepts card payments with VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Exchanges & refunds

Can I exchange or return a product that I've ordered?
You have the right to exchange or return all the products that you’ve purchased from Pouch-Pals.com within 14 days after you’ve received your order. Please note that all gods must be in new condition and that the packaging cannot be broken. Please contact customercare@pouch-pals.com and we will provide you with return instructions. Be aware that you have to pay for return shipping and don’t forget to include your order number with your return. We will return your money within 30 days of return.

What happens if there's anything wrong with my item?
Should your item have been damaged or contain and defects, please contact customercare@pouch-pals.com with your order number and we’ll help you sort this out. We will provide you with a new product or give you a full refund.
